This is a structured session on Zoom that uses the research backed methods of body-doubling (shared presence for accountability) and monotasking (single-task focus) to:
Reduce procrastination (via social accountability)
Increase output (by minimising task-switching)
Enhance flow states (through uninterrupted deep work)
The Adjudicator will keep track of time, while you get deep into the flow of writing.
No distractions. No excuses. Just focussed writing time. Bring whatever you're working on and make progress together.
You could be writing non-fiction, fiction, academic papers, technical manuals, journaling, poems, scripts for screen, stage or airwaves, grants, love letters, whatever youβve got to write, you can focus on it here. And itβs free.
